Invite your employees to become online mentors at VSB. They will develop their soft skills while helping others.
Mentors will receive prior training on leadership and people management skills to use during their mentoring, but also in a working environment:
- collaboration, communication and motivation
- feedback and coaching
- planning online meetings and presentations
- building trust and team development/group dynamics

After the initial training, mentors will deliver online blended course to people who want to start their own business. By applying the knowledge learned in the Mentor Training, they will develop practical skills for
- communication (active listening, expressing ideas, encouraging discussions)
- teamwork and collaboration (building trust, establishing collaborative relationships, supporting and inspiring others to do their best)
- feedback and coaching (giving and receiving appropriate feedback, motivation and coaching)
- planning (online meetings, time-keeping, defining goals based on needs analysis, planning different ways to achieve the goals)
Building on MOBI’s Starting a Business Course curriculum and detailed session plans, mentors will enable their mentees to
- choose a business idea
- create a business plan
- choose the right type of company form
- apply the principles of professional communication
